Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is at 11:00AM, and check-out time is at 12:00PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Reservation and Payment:
- A valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
- Full payment for your stay, including taxes and any additional charges, is due upon check-in.
- We accept major credit cards and cash as payment methods.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made 12 hours/days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified.
Smoking Policy:
- BlessOne is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and shared areas. A designated smoking area is available around the swimming pool area.
Pet Policy:
- We regret that we cannot accommodate pets in our hotel. Service animals are an exception and are allowed with proper documentation.
Noise and Disturbance:
- Please be respectful of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours [Specify Quiet Hours].
- Parties and gatherings that may disturb other guests are not allowed in guest rooms or shared areas.
Damages and Lost Items:
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to hotel property during their stay. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
- Please use the in-room safe for valuable items. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Privacy and Security:
- For your safety and security, do not share your room number with anyone other than trusted individuals.
- Lock your room door and use the peephole before opening the door to visitors.
Guest Conduct:
- Any conduct that is disruptive, illegal, or violates hotel policies may result in eviction without refund.
Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping services are provided. If you do not wish to have your room serviced, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door.
- Bed linens and towels will be changed daily.
Parking:
- BlessOne provides complimentary parking for registered guests. However, availability may be limited.
